Science Night Photos: Â Children direct this event with the teachers. They lead the parts of the event. They create their science investigations to share with families and community. Â Grade levels organize their presentations to share their science inquiry, assigning museum docents (students) to present to guests. Â Children check-in all guests in the front hallway. They serve as Junior Scientists to assist our guest speakers. Â Children help guest speakers set-up and take down their exhibits. Â In addition, students participate in hands-on experiments that guest speakers bring to the program. The keynote speaker is invited to share current research to our community. Â The power of children sharing their learning develops self-regulation and an inner control. Â It helps children to express their learning to the community. Â
